Popcom activity on Responsible Parenthood

The staff of the City Population Office today underwent a one-day Trainors' Training on Responsible Parenting Movement - Natural Family Planning (RPM-NFP) Program.

The activity was held at the I's Plant Hotel activity center. Mayor Mel Sarmiento was on hand to welcome the participants. Ms. Elnora Pulma, the officer-in-charge of POPCOM RO-8 gave the overview of the activity. The facilitators were Aurora Alve, Vilma Nivera and Emilio Rama III.
