Mayor Jojo Binay paid a courtesy call on Mayor Mel Sarmiento yesterday. Calbayog was one of the stops of Mayor Binay during his Samar visit. The Makati Mayor was in the province to sign Sister-City Agreements with Catbalogan, Sta. Rita and Villareal.
