The CSWDO with the PNP and IJM-Calbayog recently conducted a Pedicab Drivers' Seminar on Traffic Rules, City Ordinances, Values Enhancement and Anti-Trafficking in Persons Act (R.A. 9208).The seminar was held at the SK Dormitory Covered Court in Brgy. Pagbalican, Calbayog City. Approximately 2,000 PD cab drivers participated in the activity.
