Mayor Mel Senen Sarmiento received CSC Director Michael De La Cruz yesterday. Director De La Cruz is the Samar Provincial Director of the Civil Service Commission. He is in town in connection with the Anti-Red Tape campaign and the launching of the Calbayog Citizen's Charter which will be held at 2:00 pm tomorrow (May 7, 2009) at the LMA Auditorium.
