Mayor Mel Sarmiento received (on May 19, 2009) Ms. Celia C. Yanco of the Department of Social Welfare and Development. Ms. Yanco is the DSWD Undersecretary for Operations and Capability-Building Groups. Ms. Yanco was accompanied by DSWD FO-8 OIC-Director Leticia Corillo.
