I recently got hold of some pictures of Mayor Mel Sarmiento when he attended the 4th World Urban Forum in Nanjing, China. It would be recalled that Mayor Sarmiento was invited to moderate two events during the said Forum. We are still waiting for pictures taken during the said events.
