You are looking at the text of the Earth Hour 2009 pledge of commitment. Part of Calbayog's participation in Earth Hour was the ceremonial signing of the pledge which was done during today's People's Day at the City Hall Sala. Mayor Mel Sarmiento and Vice Mayor Ronald Aquino led the City Officials, Department Managers and some private individuals in the activity.
