This is what makes Calbayog City a great place where I want to live. In all my visits, I have never felt I needed to be concerned about my well being or concerned about anything. Thank you Mayor Sarmiento for awarding Mr. Jumaday
for doing a good and honest act.
His actions show me that Filipinos of Calbayog are trusting and honest.
