Board Member Noel Sermense called for a press conference yesterday (September 3, 2010). It was held at the I's Plant Hotel conference room. Among the issues on hand was the budget of Samar Province. With him were Board Members Charlie Coñejos, Tong Dy and Eunice Babalcon and Atty. Ernesto Arcales.
